HOW CRAZY DO YOU HAVE TO BE... To keep running for President when you are only getting 12% or less of the primary vote in state after state?
Two words: Campaign. Contributions.

Just stating facts. Theocracies aren't free-market capitalism. This is common sense.

Kemp promoted equality, that is a libertarian trait and what religious aspects did he bring into law ?

Again, what religious aspects did he bring into law ? There is a difference between being religious and running on a religious platform.

And Kemp was more Paleo-conservative than neo, IMO.

Which one ?

You can be religious, but understand the separation between Church and State.

He opposed the Iraq war did he not ? He helped to pass Regan's tax cuts did he not ?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoconservatism

Neoconservatism (or new conservatives) is rooted in a group of former liberals, who in the late 1960s, began to oppose many of the policies and principles associated with President Lyndon Johnson's Great Society programs.[2] The term "neoconservative" was initially used in the 1930s to describe American liberals who criticized other liberals who followed a path closer to Soviet communism.[3

http://conservapedia.com/Neoconservatism

A neoconservative (also spelled "neo-conservative"; colloquially, neocon) in American politics is someone presented as a conservative but who actually favors big government, interventionalism, and a hostility to religion in politics and government. The word means "newly conservative," and thus formerly liberal.

I have no Idea what a Neo-con is it's a made up term like others by libtards to attempt to devide the Conservatives. Kemp was Socially moderate to liberal and Fiscally conservative.
How many times does neo con have to be defined on here ?

Like I said, Kemp was no neo con, although he was in a sea of neo cons. He was more paleo with a touch of libertarian.

Rush Limbaugh screams abject stupidity whenever the word is mentioned..

"There's no such thing! It's just a made up word by the left!!!"

Or, my personal favorite..

"It's just another word for Jew! That's all they mean, folks!!!"

He's terrified of it because he leans in that direction quite often..

Listen Chewy, I didn't lie about anything. Tell me how is RP getting elected on 12% of the vote?
Yes, you said Santorum was beating Obama in the polls, currently. Not only is he not beating Obama now, he never has. The only one that has come close is Flip-Flop. I didn't even have to look at the numbers to know you are a lying SD#12. Who said RP was going to get elected ?

It is a made up term meant to define and split up conservatives and you people fall right into the liberal/statist trap by adhering to it. I am a conservative born in 1962 that way, never been anything else neo/paleo or any other prefix is not required!
You are a neocon. Everyone sees this but you. There are different classes and degrees of conservative, as there are for liberals.

A huge different. Paleos don't want to go nation build and start bullshit wars, but the Neos really dig this shit. How is war a conservative value ? It's not.
