I think most people have a planned budget, especially those small business owners who can't escape it & parent planners who want that children money saved up for braces, college, weddings, tuxedos, prom dresses, autos, or those folks who want that retirement fund(s) to be a wearable asset of high value for borrow/credit power.
Personally, I've had a few homes, I have plenty of shoes... and some other things like coats and sweaters that I don't have to replace for a while, & I don't have children right now. I don't have a girlfriend to impress with fancy dates, daytrips, or vacations... I've never shopped for new fashions seasonally/all the time. |
