However, since you are an apparant financial illiterate allow me to explain something to you. Hillarys cattle trades were not legal. The first problem is that she lacked the margin requirement (which can be in the form of contract equity or available cash in the account) to make the transactions that she did so the trades (by law) should have never been entered into. Secondly they were using what is known as a "give up". A "give up" allowed the trading of contracts and after the closing of trading for the session losing trades could be placed in the accounts of some clients and profitable trades could be placed in the accounts of other clients. Give ups were not uncommon but honesty has to be rule #1. The punch line is that Hillary was allowing the give ups of the profitable trades to be placed in her account for two reasons. #1. Profit. #2. Profit. the broker was dishonest because she had influence to bring him high dollar accounts. She was dishonest for going along with it. Since it was illegal and she is in public office of course the public has a right to know. Why wouldnt they?
