Quality is what occurs when your customers purchase repeatedly without complaint or criticism.

Do you experience quality in your neighborhood?

Are you an engineer? You do not have to be.

Who builds the best roads? What state are they in? How many motorists travel in or through that state? Are there speed limits? What are they? Who engineers the best bridges? Are they high maintenance? Are the roads high maintenance?

What is the road made out of? Does it fail faster than other roads? Does it last longer than other roads? Do people tend to order more or less tires in that state?

Is there a way to find that out? Are there places where people will volunteer information where in the long run it will save money for everyone?

Do people think about the money it takes to create a government office building? Can we combine government office buildings with local school buildings or complexes? Does it make sense to locate everything where the parents can easily find it? Is there any advantage to locating a government office in the suburbs? Should there be free parking? Should there be a toll road to the building? Would people complain about tolls? Would people rather have an income tax so they don't have to bother with coordinating the physical activity of a point of purchase (toll booth)? Why do people examine some things and dismiss others?

Do we need to sniff around the school building lockers week after week? Can we afford not to?

Who works at the liquor store? Should they all be community owned? What is a liquor license? Why is it important for it to be a respectable cost?

Who designs the forms the government uses? Why should you be charged a late fee? How can you not be charged a late fee? Are there payment terms respecting the government, vendors, and contractors? Should everything be pay in advance? Why isn't it? Who earns from interest? Why don't you? Are you required to know money to graduate from high school or college? Why don't you? Why are you? Do your skilled trades people know more about money than you? Why do they pay cash for everything? Why do they lease everything? Why do they want a company vehicle on the weekend? Who counts the miles? Do you use economy fuel? Do you want to? Do you think it's important?

Can people work from home? Who would buy gas if they did? What kind of trucks are in the future? What kind of airplanes? Is it practical to keep on building helicopters?

Why can't anyone invent a space elevator? Why can't anyone invent a mining elevator? Is it possible to prevent earthquakes? Why do earthquakes move the surface but not the cavern?

Who farms in your area? What sense does it make to truck your areas plant matter out of the county and then bring another county's plant matter into your county? Would you be allergic?

Where did all of these over the counter pills come from? Does the glass of water do the trick without the pain pill? Where you just dehydrated to begin with? Did eating something green make you feel better? Why do you think that is?

Who can debate? Who can't? Who's right? Who's wrong? Who parallels your father in their belief system? Who does your mother?

What are they doing over there? Why isn't anyone allowed inside? Who is inside? Does Canada know? Can they see from space?

Who makes the satellites? Who makes the parts for the satellites? Does glue work in space? Do all metals? Are fractions more accurate than decimals? Which ones are and which ones aren't? Who cares?

If your children spent the same time learning a valuable skill such as a foreign language in the stead of watching television or playing video games would your family be better off? Do you care if your family is wealthy? How is wealth built? How is it measured? Do rich people own porcelain? Why would they? Do they own anything? Do they need to? Can they simply travel all the time? Why wouldn't they? Is the idea of owning a home a silly one?

Is it smarter to own a hotel? How about a motel?

If you own a chain of motels you can sleep wherever you feel like shopping. If you own a chain of gas stations you can help yourself more conveniently.

Do you know the details you need to know to take the steps necessary in establishment construction? Do you know where to ask for the capital? Do you know there are almost always people looking to invest?

Do you watch Clark Howard? What about Suze Orman? What about that Dave Ramsey guy? Do they help or hurt? Are smart shoppers and savers the last thing a capitalist country needs?
