inspired proposition, no?
Lawmakers in the nation's capital have floated a plan to require high school students to apply to college or trade school -- even if the students have no interest in attending. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012...ly-to-college/ eta: Brown argued Wednesday that some D.C. students aren't going to college simply because they "don't know how to navigate the enrollment process." |

This is serious.
Millions of deserving blacks won't be able to get welfare, and food stamps if they aren't literate enough to fill out an application. This is an important investment in black education. They must get all the practice they can get. Even if it does interfere with the school's ability to parse out the serious applications from the stupid practice pages being sent to them by inner city blacks, with no interest in education. |
