It's all true.
I already pointed out the errors in your OP.

And yet, the part you think is total bullshit is the part that has overwhelming support among Americans across the nation.
wrong again, jes. RP is 77 years old. He comes across like the crazy uncle that no one wants to sit next to at Thanksgiving dinner. He is a terrible messenger and has zero chance of winning anything. But rave on.

then you should go for it. do what you think is right. and I will do what I think is right. Its called freedom.

I have said many times that the most important thing we can do this year is get obama out of power. I will campaign vigorously for that end.

If you want to continue the worship of RP and thereby ensure 4 more years of obama, then thats your choice.
As I've said, there is no substantive difference between Obama and the other candidates. I'm looking for change. Only one candidate embodies that.

Which part is bullshit? The foreign policy? It's wildly popular with the American people. Those are just the facts.

Republicans are notorious for worrying about image. Who's "electable". It's so stupid. And it's why you usually lose, historically.

I understand that you only have 30% of the voters, but this game of trying to figure out who the American people will go for is just ridiculous. Vote on principle.

that all sounds good, but a vote for Paul is a vote for obama. If thats what you want (and I suspect that it really is) then continue to ignore reality.

So what?
Obama's 50 and look at the damage he's managed to do.
It's going to take someone with the experience of Paul to clean up Obama's mess.

Not true. every one of them will repeal obamacare. every one of them wants a balanced budget. every one of them wants to redo the tax code. every one of them loves this country and its culture.

the differences between the GOP candidates and obama are huge. to pretend that they are the same is just stupid

77 is too old. Reagan was ineffective in his second term. Paul would not be able to do anything, he would be a joke and a total failure.

Newt Gingrich:

Supported the TARP bailouts. Stated in 2008 that he would have voted for TARP bailouts if he were a member of Congress.
Advocated socialized health care. Supported the idea of an individual mandate in his 2008 book "Real Change" and confirmed that position in early 2011.
Has raised taxes.
Advocates preemptive war.
Supports the Patriot Act.
Condones the use of torture.
Supports the federal war on drugs. In fact, Newt believes that we should have Singapore-style drug tests for Americans.
Earned between $1.6 and $1.8 million for doing next to nothing for Freddie Mac - he's the epitome of Washington insider.
Propped up the ethanol lobby with taxpayer dollars, tariffs, and mandates.
Advocated cap and trade.
Voted for NAFTA and is a staunch supporter of the WTO.
Pro-amnesty for illegal immigrants, a policy which would lead to more illegal behavior.
Supported the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 restricting the 2nd amendment rights of gun owners.
Voted for the creation of the federal Dept. of Education in 1979.
Has been unable to manage his personal or campaign finances.
Fined $300,000 by the House Ethics Committee.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'll begrudgingly vote for Mittins, realizing that this country is going to continue going down the shitter with no better choice than those two.
Then I'll sit back and wonder why the HELL I even bothered to vote in the first place.

Ron Paul:

Opposed the TARP bailouts.
Opposes socialized health care.
Has never voted for a tax increase.

Opposes the Patriot Act, which has done nothing but empower the federal government to steal our liberties!
Opposes the use of torture as it is immoral and ineffective.
Opposes the failed federal war on drugs.
Proposed a plan to cut $1 trillion from the first year's budget.
Advocates abolishing the income tax and the IRS.
Predicted the economic collapse in 2003.
Supports an exhaustive audit of the Federal Reserve.
Defender of free markets and an expert in economics.
Most of his support comes from individuals, not large lobbying organizations.
Opposes cap and trade.
Opposes federal legalization of abortion and would effectively overturn Roe v. Wade.
Advocate for keeping the Internet free from government control.
