Then build it.

You are not going to be saved by borders, or constitutions, or money, or traditions. A nation is only as good as the people whom dwell therein. The crisis of our times is not one of politics, but of culture. Of personality. Of morality. You're never going to make enough laws, or spend enough money, or wage enough war, to make everything turn out groovy.

You see, it only works when everyone freely and willingly chooses to do the right things. Barring that, we are lost.

The history of the world is not a progression towards the holy land. The world tends toward dissolution and decay. Only by sheer will do the greatest men and honorable laymen alike keep us from the cliff's edge, and occasionally, move us forward.

This is not a game. We don't get anywhere by being the bad guys who triumphed over those other bad guys.

You can only do good by being good. We'd better figure out what "good" is, and pursue that with all doggedness, before we backslide any further...

A theocracy is not a tyranny, it really doesn't have anything to do with a dictatorship... it is more like victorian england, or the spanish monarchy
man went far in his quest for knowledge and progress, really far.
