but I can twist it to be political if need be.
But, has someone been playing around with the forum? I have a limited amount of topics available now when I click on "Forum" Have I been placed in some sort of purgatory? Or, have you simply eliminated the General Discussion forum? |

I'm actually kind of glad you mentioned it.. Because there are plugins that slow people's access and generally fuck with them.
There are no plugins installed on this forum.. (It interferes with upgrading.) It is a box stock, VB forum as far as plugins go.. I COULD name another forum (ahem.. AHEM.. COUGH!) that uses that plugin.. But I won't. If this forum is slow.. It's because it's slow. Or because you have a shitty connection. If it's fast, it's because it's fast.. It has nothing to do with preferences or sneaky software tricks.. Because if I don't like someone enough to consider employing a tactic like that, I'll just ban them outright. If I decide to restrict them to a certain forum (like Oinkschwitz) I'll let them know. Otherwise, there is no partiality. - Meaning that your data isn't treated any differently than anyone else's, including mine. |
