A bloated government wouldn't be so bad, were it not for the bureaucracy that invariably collects around it like middle aged spread.

It's always the bureaucracy that ensures it remains unaccountable, and serves to arrest any attempt to hold it so. It also gives government a false sense of security, which only emboldens it's excesses. Strip it away, and government becomes far more circumspect.

Your enemies are the middlemen and their administrative aides.
