CHOPPER RIDES TO GOAT RACES

This Saturday’s goat races at Speke Resort Munyonyo are threatening to outdo previous versions of the annual event. Forget the semi nude Russian cabaret dancers that wowed crowds at the last event.
This year, show goers who would not like to burn fuel, time and test their patience in the traffic jam to and from the lakeside resort have got alternative transport.
exitkampala.com has learnt that for 250,000 shillings per person (or 1 million shillings per trip of four), you can be airlifted to and from Munyonyo. The helicopter take off point will be at the Golf Course Hotel next to Garden City.
Also new to this event will be individual stalls with city socialite Susan Ochola (de Roy) having her own stall themed Arab Money where for 100,000 shillings, you can access the food, drinks and entertainment that will be flowing as the poor goats try to out run themselves.
