When I get time and feel like it..I am gonna re do a thread abiout the "Black Crime Wave" in Rolling Meadows Illinois after they relocated minorities from the demolished projects in Chicago, that when investigated, turned out to be a decrease in crime...and the village had to pay back the State for a second police station they claimed they needed..CLASSIC stuff

You see, that would be a big mistake.
What should happen is that people (no matter what color their skin) attend the State Fair and have a good time. There should be increased police presence and back ups at the ready. At the first sign of violence, the police should just start bringing unruly people in, and charge them immediately. Set high bail and show no tolerance. If people stay away, things will only get worse, if this is the case. This kind of behavior needs to be nipped in the bud. If not, you will see situations like this popping up all over the country.

Now, that is if there were indeed 'riots'. I'll look up the story myself to see if I can find an objective source. My response would be the same if the kids were white, brown, green or purple. There is no way those who endanger people and willfully break the law causing danger and harm to others should be tolerated for any reason.
