Can a presidential candidate effectively respond to a question in 140 characters or less? We'll get that answer (and hopefully more) during today's first ever twitter presidential debate. Participating in the 90 minute Q&A set to begin at 3:00pm EDT will be GOP candidates Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich, Gary Johnson, Thad McCotter and Rick Santorum. Participants will be encouraged to answer in at most two or three 140 character postings known as tweets.
