Which description of Detroit is true?

Is it a poster child of urban blight that lost one-quarter of its population during the last decade? A place where the unemployment rate has surpassed the national average for years?

Or is it a hot market for tech workers, where engineers have plenty of job opportunities and are making surprisingly fat salaries?

They even floated an absurd "Urban Farming" scenario a while back as a pretext to knock down a bunch of stuff and chase niggers off.

One of my wife's FB friends said she tried to do some urban farming, she lives in Detroit. She planted some tomato plants, and even bought 4 chickens (for the eggs)....She named them, and considered them almost pets.

Someone stole them. lol

Detroit is a rotting shit hole. Even the niggers are leaving there.

I couldn't find any links to tech workers that like being killed, robbed, and raped. So it's unlikely that there will be some surge of Techies to detroit.

They don't generate enough income that is taxable. Thus all local areas that are heavy with niggers tend to fall into slums.

I agree, niggers survive by scavenging off of humans. They literally can't provide for themselves beyond stealing and scrounging. That is why you will see a nigger collecting cans and aluminum rather than get a job. Cans pay less, but he only needs to work long enough to get some rocks or whatever the nigger needs (it sure isn't money for the rent or for his chiddren).
