Michael Steele
RNC Chairman 310 First St., S.E. P.O. 96994 Washington, D.C. Dear Sir: You ask why I am not renewing my membership in the Republican Party. As Pat Buchanan has said, "I didn't leave the party, the party left me." Ever since the so-called "Republican Revolution" of 1994, it seems the party has been caving in to the Democrats on all fronts. It is obvious that we do not have an opposition party to the Social-Democrats, but just another "politically correct" me-too party. I could enumerate many cases where this applies, but you know about them as well as I. George Wallace was ahead of his time when he spoke of there not being a "dime's worth of difference" in the two major parties. I have read an apt description of this situation; it says: "Democrats want socialism today, Republicans are willing to wait a few days." In short, I will not waste my time or vote on a party which is not representative of my conservative, strict Constitutional beliefs. From now on I will cast my lot with the candidates whom I deem best represent old-fashioned patriotism and who are not surrounded by agents of quasi-secret organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateralists, Bilderbergers, and other one-world globalists. America must remain sovereign, and we must disconnect ourselves from the sinister forces that would deprive us of our liberty and way of life. For freedom, The Man, the Myth, the Legend. |
