The government hasen't nationalized any companies. But, even ignoring that.......when there are 1million regulations of every size and shape...and the government tells you who you have to hire.......and fines you if you don't hire faggots, or niggers.......Or forces you to pay fee's for their 'inspections'...it may not be the text book def, but it's not free. That's too fucking socialized imo. |

Yeah they have - GM was nationalized and the unions were bailed out with tax money you fucking idiot, how about "obama care" that nationalizes the medical industry... How about the banks? A bailout by anyone puts you in recievership status to fix the problems.. its is NOT a permanent transfer of ownership. |

If the courts step in because you can 't pay your vendors and creditors, the courts will appoint someone to run your company. The courts stepped in to gm did they? Funny, I didn't know the courts could order tax payer money to be spent by the government, to take over a private business..... You'll have to show that law. (hint: there is no such law) By your own words, when the government pays for, and tells a business how to run.......it's a government business. Since it used to NOT be a government business, and now it IS......it's a form of socialism. IE...the government taking over private business. Try again, you retarded piece of shit fucktard.
