we are not allowed to have the best peopel as fire fighters so they force us to hire 20% niggers, and we have 20% shitty ass nigger fire fighters who suck who are weak and stupid and they say it is unfair to hold them to high White Aryan standards.

To the non-racist/those lacking racial awareness/the willfully stupid and blind, this line of reasoning makes perfect sense.. Any disparity in behavior would HAVE to be the result of bias.. I mean, otherwise you're saying that blacks just behave badly because they're black, and there's no real reason for that to be the case.. So it HAS TO BE discrimination.
