What is that thing on her leg?

I think it's a tattoo. She didn't have that before, as far as I know.


Still not seeing how she's fat by anyone's definition, though I get how a woman can be a bit voluptuous and it's borderline fat (like Christina Hendricks or something) but she's not even at that point.
