We used to tell people we had the dye in our pool and then we'd swim bye them with red dye and squirt it, then accuse them of peeing in the pool

Presuming they believe the dye thing, these people think you swam near them and peed (so as to blame it on them, supposedly). I'd be like "wtf, I might pee alone in the deep-end sometimes, but not ON people! Why are you peeing on people?! YOU SICK FKS!!11!!"
