Any pop up blockers would be on your end. Usually your browser will warn you of a popup and ask you how you want to handle it. If that is not occurring, you might want to try another browser such as SeaMonkey or Opera. If all else fails, ask a 12 year old to help. No insult intended on the suggestion to ask a 12 year old for help, they are always on top of these kind of things.
