That said, I wonder about the timing of this article. Now, after the second war in Lebanon, I suspect that dealing with this issue is not a top priority for Israel.
Anyways, the facts and conclusions are correct with one exception: even if Israel renounces the $3 Billion military aid, the US will still dictate to whom Israel can export arms and technology.
