you mean in barely populated Sweden or Norway. Don't compare apples oranges - especially with countries who are so much smaller then us. I recommend quitting smoking, diet and exercise. My grand-daddy, who is 88, still runs Boston Marathon every year!!!!! He also walks five miles every day, and in every weather, and then swims 2 miles at the local JCC.
