He is the only surviving member of the Camp David Accords, and although all three dignitaries involved received the Nobel Peace prize for their efforts, poor Jimmy must still see 444 every time he closes his eyes. I like him as a person (Habitat, etc.), but he had no lasting foreign policy and no clear idea on what to do in today's world. Like Bubba, he still is in search of a surviving legacy to put into the "History Books." Unlike Bubba, he got a few real hits in a "hardball" world and he knows which end of a nail to hit with a hammer. Bubba and Al had trouble figuring that out one out. Camp David was a world class achievement, even if it didn't have a lasting effect. Too bad that he can't find solace in that. I find him to be a nice guy with bad past and current foreign policy and better current domestic policy. I really feel sorry for him.
