I registered with the US embassy here just in case anything happens. Not that I count that they'd be of much help. We all know how lousily structured and underfunded our government services are, so I'm not sure that it would ever come of any use. But who knows, it's free, and I really don't care that they can find me. In fact, I did list a local bar for an address.
