1. There are Christians who lie because some of those reasons some of the time
2. There are Christians who lie because of all of those reasons all of the time
3. There are Christians who lie because of one or two of those reasons once or twice in their lives
4. And there are Christians who lie because of none of those reasons none of the time, such as not wanting to embarrass someone or saving someone's life because of persecution

As with any facet of life, much depends on the individual, their frame of mind, the particular situation, etc. None of us are perfect, and because of that, all of us need Christ.
