uhmm... switchblades = illegal.. u get caught u go to jail. as far as i know in new york state anyway, theres 2 types of illegal blade.. spring loaded (switch) and gravity

(note) .. butterfly knives are NOT gravity knives: a gravity knife opens and closes and LOCKS itself by using the force of gravity. butterfly knifes open and close, but require manual locking. therefore you cannot be arrested in new york state for possession of a butterfly knife. =] anyways.. if someone jumps you, take the beating.. fight back... and remember there faces, cause id come at em' when there alone and use a bat or something..they wanna play unfair, ill play unfair... but u dont use a knife/gun cause ull go to jail, without reasonable cause to carry one. and protection i dont think is a reasonable cause to carry a gun unless ur in the woods. as far as blades, the laws are different in every state. point is. fight till u drop, and find the the bastards who jump u if it happens, and take revenge.
