I have to disagree with you on this one Fox , Water retention loss is good for the body - water retention is what I was talking about, All the excess water that we hold around our joints that swells up, the water that is kept in our bodies that comes from convience foods and high in sodium products. it is this water that we lose when we begin to lose weight, when we lose weight we naturally drink more which hydrates us, drinking more water enhances and detoxes the body. It flushes the body out.

A few of the customers I get come in, as well tend to not change in dress size due to turning their fat to muscle, overworking at the gym.

A great book to read Korryn is Fit to Live by Dr Pamela Peeke.

Everything in balance and moderation is healthy
