Yes, it will not be the safest car on the road, I think. But then guess its not meant for the highways really but would meet most typical tests, if they do plan to export, which they are quite keen to. The thing is that unlike whats typically imagined the guys have a lot of money to do whatever - like it or not they have a big population 'financing' them in a way... and they now compete in a very fast moving market. And safety is one of the arguments competitors are pitching against them, besides the fact it would crowd the roads with so many people moving upto cars. So, they will eventually take care of these things to an extent.
