So is it only me, who noticed this about Thai women and their hair?...or am I wrong in my observation? (All you Thai ladies, and others, feel free to correct me, if I be wrong )

You are wrong. If you open your eyes and observe, there're more hair styling saloons than 7-11s everywhere you go... in Thailand...
