These stats seem a bit dubious to me, seeing as national HIV/AIDS prevalence is about 1% compared to almost 10% prevalence diabetes in adults.

Maybe AIDS kills more even so, but surely the list can't be referring to the "top killers" when non-fatal conditions like cataracts, arthritis and depression are on there ?
