Paul I think the liver cancer is probably related to the post over here on the parasites causing liver cancer. That post refers to 10% of Thailand being sick from it. Though I am totally shocked that liver failure due to alcohol is not on that list. In the nations that drink, it is certainly higher than the the things that Mike mentioned. Again proving that people can make statistics say anything they fit - not toward the OP, but toward the study itself, Philip James and even the Bangkok Post for publishing it.
