Considering many aspects in education, culture, safety, friendliness, diversity, living expence, and food, where do you think (or would like to suggest) is the best place to live in Thailand? Best is an interesting word... best in education? best in culture? best in safety? best in etc. ??????

If it's a prideful discussion to be had, I'll put my vote in for Trang.
Although, for diversity, I think it would be Songkhla (Thai Buddhist, Thai Muslim, Chinese all rolled into one).
I'm also a huge huge fan of Bangkok and all of her charming neighborhoods. Large cities have the ability to have all of the aspects you mentioned due to their sheer sizes.... and yes, I'd call Bangkok friendly.
