I do know that the 2 dogs that were in my garbage and 1 of them also barked all nite, were laying in my bro in laws yard the next morning just as if asleep, so can't be to bad.
They were his dogs and 1 was a rott. the other just a soi Thai dog.
And most Thai do not think much of or about their dogs, don't seem to be the attachment that us farangs get for an animal, never really care for them, will not spend to much money on them or pay any attention to them.
I have taken 4 bitches to the vets and had them spayed and brought them back and turned them loose. no one seems to care, But if one dies along side the street then it lays there for awhile til the stink gets someone to haul it off.
And I got tired of paying for meds. to bathe dogs that were hairless and about bleeding with mange.
Nope wouldn't bother me at all to fix some more weiners for the dogs when they need em, more humane that the way they live.
The way I found out about the linnet was a girl student of my wifes, whose boyfriend left her and she ate a big bunch of it.
Don't think they read Dear Abby over here.
