Get a broom stick, tape, 8 D size torch batteries together in a row to the broom stick, solder an insolated wire to each end to the battery pack, and add a pulsating switch in between, connect these two to wires to the + and - of an electrical coil from out of an old car, these coils dish out 25 thousand volts to the spark plugs of a car normally, but because of the low amperage will not kill the dog, then stick two metal prongs to the discharge out lets of the coil , and bend these ends, so as to become with in a centimeter apart. Every time you see the dog walk up to it and give it a zap of 25 thousand volts using the coil prongs, at the end of the broom stick, you will find the dog will learn to avoid you in fear of being zapped.
