Well to clarify a bit....I still see Dawson's Creek, and Friends in the USA. Heh I still see the Wonder Years, Cosby, Sanford & Son, and Good Times for that matter, you know on PBS you can even watch the Lawerence Welk Show if you like. To say they are behind is possibly jumping a gun. In regards to technology maybe that is what you mean? Digital cable features, Digital Phone through your cable lines, or high(er) speed broadband access?

Cable TV is full of reruns of ancient shows though, the fact that Dawson's Creek is still running in Thailand on 'cable' does not mean much considering it is still running in the US on Lifetime, Oh, We, Hallmark etc...
