I work in a hospital in Australia, and when I worked in the Emergency department we had many attempted suicides by woman coming in as patients. It is well known in Australia that woman attempt suicide 5 times more than men and the reasion for this is most are just looking for attention linked to to a mental condition and have no intention of suicide. men do not attempt suicide as much as woman but men actually comit suicide 5 times more than woman in australia.
