【明報專訊】本報獨家揭發特首參選人唐英年的九龍塘大宅有僭建地庫，唐英年昨日在傳媒追問下被迫開腔解畫， 但「穿崩位」百出，有議員及學者認為解釋完全不合理，直斥唐英年誠信破產。
唐英年初時只承認約道5A號屋有僭建物，至於毗鄰7號屋有沒有地下酒窖，他始終左閃右避迴避回答，直至晚上 接受商台節目訪問時，才承認7號屋原來車房的位置「挖深咗」，給僭建成「雜物房」（詳刊A2） 。
寫明查詢兩屋 「以為只問5A」
唐 英年去年10月透過公關，向本報否認九龍塘大宅有僭建地下酒窖。唐英年昨被問到是否講大話時，辯稱只是一場 誤會﹕「因為數月前有人問我，關於我住緊嗰度 （約道5A號）有無地下酒窖。我聽了這個口頭問題後，我可能有點誤會，所以答咗無。」但事實上，本報當日的 電郵查詢多次清楚寫明，是同時查問5A號和7號 屋有否地下酒窖，並非只問5A號屋，而本報提出的是書面提問，白紙黑字，絕非口頭提問。
唐英年昨在回應中，一再指7號屋是「家族」持有，但事實是5A及7號屋在2010年前都是由唐英年夫婦聯名 持有，2010年後改為二人各佔一屋，也即由始至終，兩屋其實都是由唐英年夫婦擁有，而他用「家族」字眼描 述，令人質疑有混淆視聽之嫌。
唐英年又強調，自住於5A屋，7號屋一直丟空。然而本報發現，5A及7號屋最少有兩條通道相連，根本就是相 連之屋，只住5A而丟空樓齡較新的7號屋不用，不合常理，而當記者追問唐英年有否使用過7號屋的地下酒窖時 ，他就迴避回答，顧左右而言他。
特首去年令檢查 「沒要求匯報」
至 於特首去年5月曾要求問責官員檢查住所有否僭建，為何唐英年至今未匯報或糾正僭建？他說，去年已找了專業人 士檢查5A屋，但因為要翻查舊圖則，所以才「慢 咗」，現已叫人糾正。至於當時為何沒檢查7號屋？他並沒有解釋。他又推諉稱，「特首係無問番我哋有無違規建 築，只係要求我哋搵合資格人士去睇，我搵咗」， 所以一直沒有向外公布。
「男人要有膊頭 公僕要有腰骨」
唐英年又說有錯就會認，「做男人就要有膊頭，做公職就要有腰骨。如果有違規建築，我會認，亦會盡快糾正…… 如果我做得慢，我表示歉意。」
唐英年昨晚再於競選網站發表聲明，重申他與家人居於5A號屋，7號屋一直丟空，並已委任合資格專業人士檢查 7號屋，如發現有違規建築，會立即修正。他又說，從沒有刻意隱瞞事實，對於沒有迅速跟進事件致歉 。
李永達斥藉口﹕解釋全不合理
立法會議員李永達認為，唐英年的解釋只是藉口，完全不合理，直斥唐英年誠信破產。他說，唐英年曾任政務司長 ，是政府第二把交椅，根本不應容許旗下物業有僭建，而且特首早於去年中要求官員全面檢查住宅有否僭建，唐卻 遲遲不糾正，是不能接受。
蔡子強指難服眾﹕無口話自己
中 大政治與行政學系高級導師蔡子強認為，唐英年的解釋難以服眾。他說，唐辯稱誤解本報去年的查詢，但那封書面 查詢已清楚寫明同時問兩間屋，「到底誤會在哪 裏？他這個說法很難服眾」。蔡表示，唐英年的解釋似是而非，企圖模糊公眾視線，「梁振英之前捲入西九利益衝 突，唐英年數天前才說，沒有事實不見得人，又說 自己是『陽光政策』。但現在自己卻不向公眾清楚交代，難免令人覺得唐英年『有口話人，無口話自 己』」。
