Is it a worthwhile exercise to do regression, to better understand past lives?

Just after a bit of feed back, some interesting points floating around the forums about heading into the future, being more focussed on how things are now, not overly sure if going back into past lives is a worthwhile idea..... unless of course it is just for something interesting to do.....

Do people want to know what they were back then, and what things have influenced their lives now?

I'm just interested to find out why ........
