I believe that understanding the lives we have lived, if it is something of interested to the person, is a perfectly sound thing to do, I think regression into past lives is different to regression into the past.

Regression into a past life as I said is to gain knowledge understanding awareness,

Regression into the past tends to be traumatic events, regrets etc etc, in this life you are living now, and I think it is that you have to move on from and have a renewal and control and look to the furture.

Thats just my take on it, fab topic once again PapaB, is past lives something you find of interest to yourself?
