There is some theory that people being age regressed to a past life are really just making up those lives. Makes me wonder why I couldn’t come up with something better than a person who lobbed off heads.

I do remember reading about that one Searcher. say you're regressed back into a life as a woman in the 1800's who was a feminist and didn't agree with male biased world. As such in this life you are opposed to sexism and believe in equality to an extreme. There is a theory that the brain completes an image, memory, and/or feeling to help heal a person emotionally. Sort of like how the body will adjust itself to new chemicals in the body. Evolutionary healing for emotions I guess.

and while I don't believe the Divine Spirit would show us past lives as figurative videos to solve our problems, it is another theory. (:
