Couldn't this be put together for a lot less than $70,000.

I would love to see the calculation of energy input to calorie output on this puppy too. Hopefully it recycles its water. I like the idea of reducing transport costs (and energy expenditure) but it looks like a unit that will take more energy to run than conventional agriculture & distribution.
