Nice little scam indeed.

"the average home requires 10 filters" and they are $60 each.

As others have noted, there is absolutely no supporting evidence that household electricity causes the listed problems (note that the listed problems are linked with radar workers from WWII) and as such, you don't need a filter to correct the problems. The wording is quite tricky as it doesn't actually say anywhere that it will correct these problems, or that these problems are caused by electricity (unless you're a radar operator from WWII). And how do you know they are working? You may feel better. Ta da!
