I'll give you $100 if you can provide me with information (like an address) and using this information, I retrieve my money. The dilemma is she has a common name.

My money is good. I'm not like Oerdin promising me a copy of Civ5 and not fulfilling that promise.

Do we have a deal?

Make it $100+$25/h and I'll draw up a contract and a liability release form and fax it to you. You'll pay the base 100 up front which entitles you to 4 hours of services, and I will bill you for the time before I give you the information. I make no promises of finding the person and you can always opt out of additional time after the first 4 hours. If you call off my services for any reason you will not be billed for any hourly work I've done but are not entitled to a refund on your upfront fee. Also, if at any time I do find the info you are looking for I will make you an offer on that information that will include an hourly rate plus another 100 flat fee.
