Et les hommes...

DIMITROV, Grigor BUL - Yeah, this is wishful thinking. Certainly won't be disappointed one bit, however, if Scoville Jenkins manages to win three.

MALISSE, Xavier BEL - And I don't even like him.

[29] ROGER-VASSELIN, Edouard FRA - Roger's Petroleum Jelly will be sliding easily into the main draw. Ouch, I carried that one too far...

[23] DE CHAUNAC, Sebastien FRA - I like both American wildcards in this section, but, alas, they both need more experience. Of course, since I don't have any idea who will come out of this section, I eeny-meeny-miney-mo'ed the two French seeds.

[22] ANDERSON, Kevin RSA - Gaudio's in this section, too. Weird. Thought he retired?

[6] DANCEVIC, Frank CAN - It's an easy section. I'll be very sad if I'm wrong here.

[20] CLEMENT, Arnaud FRA - American wildcard Domijan has a very steady-as-he-goes kind of game, and his draw is fortuitous. He does face Wimbledon qualifier Gonzalez in the first round, however. In the end, though, Clement wins on "star power".

VAN DER MERWE, Izak RSA - I love his name and will always wish for him to do well because of it. On an actual talent-related note, it's not out of the question for him to get through this section.

[9] RUSSELL, Michael USA - He's as likely as anyone and he has some fans here at TaT, so why not?

[10] BERRER, Michael GER - Your qualifier as long as he beats Warburg in the first round.

(W) SANDGREN, Tennys USA - Why the hell not? It's unlikely, but I don't see a definite winner in the bunch.

[12] KUBOT, Lukasz POL - Has been playing some "good" singles as of late.

[32] CHIUDINELLI, Marco SUI - At this point, I'm going to make an observation that, to this point, I have never heard of about 20 people listed in this qualifying draw. Which is weird. That's all.

[14] MAHUT, Nicolas FRA - Should be as sure a thing as there is in this draw. That being said, he'll lose 1 and 0, first round.

GREGORC, Luka SLO - A few people prognosticated he'd qualify for Wimbledon, and it happened. And I'm nothing if not a follower. Ha. Oh, and a wildcardless Donald Young is in this section. That means nothing, obviously.

[26] SIDORENKO, Alexandre FRA - The former Mr. Ashley Harkleroad is the top seed in this section. Canas is in this sixteenth, as well. I despise them both, so I'm going with someone from a country I like. Trust me, it's a sound basis.
