And saying the ratings would ve been bigger had the Bears come back is just inserting a hypothetical situation into what was just a news story about ratings for the two games.

I get that the Bears losing to the Packers sucks to you. Why you had to make up some silly 'would ve, could ve should ve' argument for it is just sour grapes.

Don't know of many Bears fans who aren't more disappointed over not having shown up offensively for the first 3 qtr's than are mad about losing to the Fudgesters. I'm pretty sure the hatred by packer fans is deeper than it is with Bears fans in this rivalry.

I'm also pretty sure that most Bears fans went into this one with the mindset that we were already playing with the House's money given the O-Line problems we had to deal with for much of the season.

And yeah, i do think there're folks who turned their sets off as the game moved into the fourth qtr....what was there to watch?? The game was supposed to be over by that time but Hanie actually breathed some life into it for the Bears.
