Depends on if you have a Mac or a PC. For a PC I think you just hit the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard, and that'll create an image file, and then open an image editing program and hit Ctrl-V, that should paste it into the program. I haven't had a PC in awhile though so don't take my word for it!

For a Mac you just hit Command-Shift-3 and it'll save it onto your desktop.
