That's all very nice Jamie...but rescues rarely accept owner surrenders. She could call every rescue in the country and find very, very few (if any) ethical, good rescues that will take in an owner surrender.

I didn't know that...even still, at least get the ball rolling-these rescues might know someone. You better believe if I had only two weeks to find a spot for me and my dog-I'd be doing everything known to man to do that....And I damn sure wouldn't be giving up so easily..."oh, I really don't want to, but it looks like I'm going to have to give my dog up...man this sucks, oh well...hey ya'll, who are you going to vote for?"
