People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones... OP if you can't find the dog a home YOU feel comfortable leaving him in before you move than put the dog down. Just a thought does the apartment weigh the dog coming in or ask for weight verification? or even to see the dog? I would take my dog and just say it's 40lbs lol... As long as they are not saying no pitbulls allowed weight shouldn't be hard to get around just a thought....
