Hi Jean,
Vitamin D provides calcium balance in our body and helps us in making our teeth and bones strong. Vitamin D reduce the risk of osteomalacia, depression, stress and prevent the loss of amino acids through the kidneys. Fish, cod liver oil, milk, and eggs are great source of vitamin D.
