We had my daughter Mia (4 1/2 years old) on Stem Enhance for months but it was almost impossible to get her to take the capsule. We mixed it with all different kinds of foods and it was torture to get her to take it. So we tried the E3 live from SeaChange and it is working out great. We are finishing our 1st bottle and she gives me no problem at all. I don't even have to mix it with anything. I am sure the taste isn't that great but it is liquid and much much better than the taste of the stem enhance. On top of it all it is cheaper!! When does that ever happen.
