For those of you that use Stem Enhance and may struggle with capsules or small children who don't want or can't take a capsule, this is a great answer to the problem. I have tried both the mint and the nectar flavor and think they both taste kind of yucky, but I finally got used to them and now I don't make the awful faces I used to while taking it.
